Itinerary:
Sunday
Depart Leyland at 08.30hrs for our journey to the 4-star Bridgewood Manor Hotel in Chatham with a suitable lunch stop en-route, arrive to a warm welcome with tea/coffee while your luggage is taken to your room.
Monday
Following breakfast, we have a morning free at the hotel, allowing you time to relax and use the leisure facilities, meet the coach at noon for our afternoon visit to Hever Castle, childhood home of Anne Boleyn. Experience over 600 years of history and award-winning gardens at the romantic double-moated 14th century Hever Castle.
Tuesday
Following a leisurely breakfast, we have a morning visit to the nearby ancient cathedral city of Rochester, a place cherished by the famous author Charles Dickens, allowing time for lunch and to explore.
Wednesday
Following breakfast, we have a morning visit to Tenterden the 'Jewel of the Weald', take time to discover this picturesque town and obtain lunch before taking a journey back to the golden age of rail travel on the Kent and Sussex Railway to Bodiam through beautiful countryside of the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Return to the hotel by road via Staplehurst to continue our scenic journey of The High Weald.
Please note that rail carriages may be steam or diesel hauled.

Check out of our hotel following breakfast for our return journey home with a suitable lunch stop en-route
