Itinerary:

Thursday
Depart Leyland at 09.30hrs for our journey to the 4-star Telford Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort with a lunch stop at RAF Cosford en-route with time to explore and obtain lunch. Depart Cosford at 14.30hrs to continue our journey to the hotel, arrive to a warm welcome with tea/coffee while your case is taken to your room.

Friday
Following a leisurely start join the coach at 11.00hrs, our excursion today steps back in time on a visit to Blist Hill Victorian Town open air museum to experience life in 1900, visit shops and cottages, meet craftspeople demonstrating their trades and taste authentic foods in this wonderful, re-created town. Following our visit, we head to the heart of Ironbridge Gorge to the riverside village of Ironbridge, walk across the famous iron bridge over the River Severn, built in 1779 the bridge will take you to the picturesque village with time to explore.
Important Note: Due to the nature of the historic buildings at Blist Hill, some areas are not accessible for visitors with limited mobility. Some paths and doorways are narrow, and wheelchair users may struggle to turn around. There are ramps and dropped curbs.

Saturday
Following breakfast, we visit lovely Ludlow, the thriving medieval market town and architectural gem with over 500 listed buildings and historic streets steeped in over 900 years of history. One of the most attractive and interesting towns in the country. Enjoy time to explore the market, maybe visit the Castle, browse the wide and varied range of shops or visit one of the many eating establishments and watering holes. Re-join the coach at 14.30hrs, head back to the hotel to spend the rest of the afternoon at leisure, perhaps take a dip in the pool or enjoy the grounds.

Sunday
today we visit Shrewsbury, take a morning sail on Sabrina Boat with tea/coffee and biscuits included leaving the afternoon free for you to explore or visit one of Shrewsbury's wonderful attractions.
Important note: scooters, rollators and walking aids cannot be taken on board Sabrina Boat due to space available, they can be left at the bottom of the ramp on the pontoon which is secure and locked when the boat is out on a trip. When booking we can reserve seats on the middle deck of the boat which offers a no steps access, please advise us when booking if you would like us to do this.

Monday
Check out of our hotel following breakfast for the return journey home with a lunch stop in Oswestry en-route.
