Depart Leyland at 13:00 for the journey to Criccieth. A warm welcome awaits you on arrival, pick up your Ration book and an old penny to spend on a Welcome Drink before dinner which is followed by a light-hearted evening with music from the 50’s & 60’s.
After breakfast we are off to the beautiful Isle of Anglesey and in particular to Llanfairpwll……gogogoch !! for Coffee and the Pringle Woollen Mill. On then to Llandudno, the elegant Victorian resort and a visit to 'The Home Front' Museum - a voucher to cover the cost of entry is in your booklet. After Dinner we are treated to an evening’s 'Time to Remember' musical entertainment.
Spend a leisurely day in Criccieth and exchange another of your vouchers for a delicious Cadwaladers Ice Cream a real treat or take the Cambrian Coast railway to Pwllheli - Market Day. This evening enjoy a nostalgic trip down memory lane with the film ‘The Way we Were’ 1960’s a fascinating look at life in Britain in the age of Flower Power.
Today we are visiting Porthmadog for a ride on one of the trains on the Welsh Highland & Ffestiniog
Railway. Tonight after dinner is Rock & Roll Night.
