At leisure in resort with the following included excursions:
Full day excursion commencing with a morning guided tour of the Gower Peninsula. Britain’s
first official ‘area of outstanding natural beauty’ including spectacular Rhossili Bay with its fantastic views. After lunch we continue to the National Botanical Gardens of Wales (admission included) where there is an amazing collection of over 8000 different plant varieties, spread across 560 acres of beautiful countryside. Also the largest single span glasshouse in the world,
housing the best display of Mediterranean climate zone plants in the northern hemisphere.
Full day excursion to the walled seaside town of Tenby.
Full day excursion commencing with a return trip on the Brecon Mountain Railway then continue to
Brecon (lunch break). After lunch we take a scenic drive through the Brecon Beacons National
Park on our return to Swansea.
Check out of our hotel following breakfast for the journey to Cardiff and a visit to the Royal Mint Visitor Centre. Later we continue on the return journey to Leyland.
