Sunday
Depart Leyland at 09.30hrs for our journey to Llandrindod Wells with a lunch stop in Oswestry en-route.
Monday
Today's excursion begins across the border in Leominster where we meet our guide for our tour of the Black and White Villages including medieval Pembridge and Weobley, the 'Jewel in the Crown' of the trail.
Tuesday
A mostly a scenic day today our circular tour begins with a stop at the famous 'Book Town' of Hay-on-Wye, nestled at the top of the beautiful Brecon Beacons National Park. On then to Symonds Yat for an enjoyable cruise on the River Wye through the renowned beauty spot in the Wye Valley, followed by a break at The Old Court Hotel for tea/coffee and biscuits. Return to the hotel via Abergavenny.
Wednesday
Today's excursion takes us through the Cambrian Mountains with a breathtaking drive around the Elan Dams accompanied by a Ranger with time at leisure at the Visitor Centre before continuing to the seaside resort of Aberystwyth to board the Rheidol Railway for an hour-long journey to Devils Bridge with time to explore before returning to the hotel.
Thursday
Check out of our hotel following breakfast for our return journey home with a lunch stop in Llangollen en-route.
