Visit Ely the ‘Ship of the Fens’. Ely packs a great deal into such a charming, compact city, perhaps visit the Cathedral or Oliver Cromwell’s House, wander its ancient streets, or take a riverside stroll, with a compact centre filled with lovely cafes, restaurants and pubs, whatever you decide to do this quintessential English gem will not disappoint. Travel with us to Cambridge at the very heart of Cambridgeshire, the beautiful city brimming with learning, culture and discoveries where a knowledgeable guide will join us on board the coach to enhance your visit for an enjoyable panoramic tour of the city.

Itinerary
Thursday:
Depart Leyland at 09.00hrs for our journey to Huntingdon with a lunch stop in Stamford en-route.
Friday:
Full Day - A visit to the vibrant heritage attraction at Bletchley Park, once the top-secret home of Britain's World War II Codebreakers, including one of its most well-known, Alan Turing. Step back in time and discover their incredible achievements in the place where it happened.
Saturday:
A day in Cambridge, where a guide will join the coach to give us a tour of this beautiful University city, followed by free time to explore and obtain lunch, return to the hotel mid-afternoon for leisure time.
Sunday:
Following a leisurely breakfast visit the ancient city of Ely, a tiny but beautiful Cambridgeshire city, home to Oliver Cromwell and one of the most impressive Cathedrals in England, giving free time to explore and obtain lunch before returning to the hotel for leisure time mid-afternoon.
Monday:
Check out of our hotel following breakfast for our journey home with a lunch stop at Trentham Shopping Village en-route. (doesn't include admission into Trentham Gardens).
