On our excursions journey through beautiful devon countryside to visit Exeter, the cathedral city and county town of Devon and the charming historic market towns of Newton Abbot and Ashburton surrounded by picturesque Dartmoor scenery.

Itinerary:
Monday
Depart Leyland at 08.00hrs for our journey to Torquay with a suitable lunch stop en-route.
Tuesday
Free day to relax at the hotel and explore Torquay.
Wednesday
Morning visit to the historic town of Newton Abbot on market day, followed by a visit to the quaint town of Ashburton, surrounded by the picturesque landscapes of Dartmoor. Today will allow time to explore and obtain lunch in these great Devon towns, both offer an eclectic mix of independent shops and wide range of eateries to suit every palate and pocket, ranging from cosy cafes offering cream teas to traditional inns and restaurants.
Thursday
Morning visit to Exeter the county town of Devon, one of the most vibrant, attractive and historically interesting cities in England, perhaps visit the magnificent cathedral, The Royal Albert Memorial Museum or the beautiful quayside. Exeter is renowned as one of the top foodie capitals of the South West, if hunger strikes choose from a diverse mix of eateries. Head to the West Quarter or cobbled Gandy Street to discover a great mix of shops, boutiques, cafes and bars.
Friday
Check out of our hotel following breakfast for the return journey home with a suitable lunch stop en-route.
