Itinerary:
Monday (Christmas Eve)
Depart Leyland at 07.30hrs for our journey to Eastbourne with a suitable lunch stop en-route. Arrive at the hotel for an early check in at 15.00hrs. Relax and enjoy a welcome tea/coffee and biscuits in the lounge as your case is taken to your room. Tonight, we enjoy a quiz or Bingo after dinner.
Tuesday (Christmas Day)
Today is a day of leisure to enjoy the leisure facilities at the hotel or explore Eastbourne. This afternoon back at the hotel we have an afternoon tea with Christmas Cake with a Traditional Christmas dinner this evening and a gift from Father Christmas, followed by music and dancing
Wednesday (Boxing Day)
Following breakfast, we travel through beautiful East Sussex countryside to the picturesque town of Rye with cobbled streets and historic buildings in abundance, discover tales of smugglers amongst the nooks and crannies of its cobbled streets, return to the hotel mid-afternoon for afternoon tea with mince pies. Dinner this evening will be followed by music and dancing
Thursday
Following breakfast travel along the coast to vibrant Brighton, perhaps take in Brighton's exotic architecture with a visit to the Royal Pavilion or famous Pier or for the shoppers perhaps visit the labyrinth of The Lanes for an eclectic array of shops for the Christmas gift with a difference. Brighton is also a foodie heaven; you will be spoilt for choice.
Friday
Check out of our hotel following breakfast for the return journey home with a suitable lunch stop en-route
