Monday:
Depart Leyland at 08.30hrs for our journey to Gloucester with a lunch stop at RAF Cosford en-route. Depart Cosford at 14.00hrs to continue our journey to the hotel, arriving to a warm welcome with tea/coffee while your case is taken to your room.
Tuesday to Thursday
Free time at the hotel with the following excursions:
Today we visit Gloucester with a guided tour of the Cathedral followed by free time to explore and obtain lunch, Gloucester is a city with a long and distinguished history and retains a surprising number of interesting historic buildings, perhaps visit Gloucester Quays, the stylish South West's premium designer outlet and lifestyle destination where you will be able to enjoy the historic waterfront location and find somewhere lovely for lunch in the heart of Gloucester Docks.
Today's excursion takes us on a morning visit to Cirencester, the Capital of the Cotswolds, enjoy exploring this vibrant, historic Roman town. Explore the city's nooks and crannies with unusual names like Black Jack Street, browse independent shops alongside chain store brands with a wealth of places to eat and drink, following time to obtain lunch we continue or scenic Cotswold journey via Northleach to the elegant spa town of Cheltenham where we spend the afternoon.
Following a leisurely breakfast we have a morning visit to the picturesque Cotswold town of Winchcombe with time to explore and obtain lunch, perhaps relax in a timbered inn or browse quality independent shops, discover fascinating history and centuries old architecture. Depart Winchcombe at 14.00hrs to return to the hotel with time to relax and perhaps enjoy the leisure facilities.
Friday:
Check out of our hotel following breakfast to commence our journey home with a lunch stop at Trentham Shopping Village en-route, allowing time to explore and obtain lunch we depart at 14.30hrs to continue our journey home.
