This great break offers entertainment each evening with a 1921 themed murder mystery dinner as the highlight along with an Agatha Christie quiz. Calling all you flappers and playboys, the Roaring Twenties have arrived, get into the spirit and dress for the occasion as the once affluent Lord Edwards invites you to Hotel 1921, built to celebrate the end of the Great War. Anybody who is anybody will be there including the loud and brash Rosaline Warner, friendly hotel manager Alan Cooper and his staff. This exciting event promises suspense and drama as we unveil the mystery to find the culprit. Will you solve the case? Includes excursions to Buckfast Abbey, Brixham and a Devon Cream Tea at the hotel.

Itinerary:
Thursday
Depart Leyland at 08.00hrs for our journey to Torquay with a suitable lunch stop en-route. Arrive to a warm welcome with tea/coffee on arrival while your case is taken to your room. Tonight, there is entertainment following dinner.
Friday
This morning's excursion takes us to the edge of the Dartmoor National Park to visit Buckfast Abbey, home of a community of Benedictine Monks. Following our visit journey back to the coast with a stop in the picturesque South Devon fishing town of Brixham, allowing time to explore and obtain lunch, re-join the coach at 15.30hrs for the return journey along Torbay back to the hotel.
Saturday
Today is free to explore Torquay at leisure. Known as the 'Queen of the Riviera', Torquay is one of England's best loved resorts. Enjoy the harbour, stroll along the promenade, do some shopping in the town centre or perhaps relax in a cosy café or inn, the choice is yours. Return to the hotel to dress for the occasion for tonight's Murder Mystery (fancy dress optional), enjoy a delicious dinner and an entertaining evening of suspense and drama as the Headland is turned into the post Great War 1921 hotel. Following the murder mystery there is entertainment.
Sunday
Enjoy a leisurely morning at the hotel before joining your fellow sleuths for a midday Agatha Christie quiz in the lounge. Following the quiz enjoy a delicious Devonshire Cream Tea. After dinner this evening there is entertainment.
Monday
Check out of our hotel following breakfast for the return journey home with a suitable lunch stop en-route.
