Itinerary:
Monday
Depart Leyland at 09.00hrs for our journey to the Cheltenham Chase hotel with a lunch stop in historic Gloucester en-route with time to explore and obtain lunch. Perhaps visit to see the magnificent architecture at Gloucester Cathedral. Head to Gloucester Quays, a great shopping and stunning waterside location where you can also indulge in dockside dining. Re-join the coach at 15.30hrs to make the short journey to the hotel where you'll receive a warm welcome while your case is taken to your room.
Tuesday - Thursday
Scenic tour of the Cotswolds with stops in Stow-on-the-Wold, Moreton-in-Marsh and Broadway.
Morning visit to Highgrove Gardens with a 90-minute exclusive garden tour by an experienced Highgrove guide followed by a set 2-course lunch in the Orchard Restaurant on site. Following our visit, we spend the rest of the afternoon in the historic Roman town of Cirencester.
Today we visit the Cotswold Wildlife Park and Gardens, get up close to wildlife as you stroll around the park discovering over 250 different animal species in 160 acres of beautiful parkland and stunning gardens. Followed by a visit to Burford, renowned for its picturesque High Street that sweeps downhill toward the River Windrush.
Friday
Check out of our hotel following breakfast for our return journey home with a lunch stop at Trentham Shopping Outlet en-route with time to explore and obtain lunch, Trentham Gardens entrance is not included however there will be time for anyone who wishes to visit. Depart Trentham at 15.00hrs to continue our journey home.
