Itinerary:
Sunday
Depart Leyland at 08.00am for our journey to Bournemouth and our overnight stay at the 4-star Queens Hotel with a suitable lunch stop en-route. Relax and enjoy a 3-course evening meal and great night's sleep before heading to Jersey tomorrow.
N.B you may wish to take an overnight bag with essentials and medication for your overnight stay. Photo ID will be required for holidays to Jersey, passport not essential.
Monday
Following breakfast, we head to Poole to board DFDS Ferries for our sailing to Jersey as foot passengers, our driver will be with you throughout your stay (crossing duration 4hrs 5mins, crossings do NOT carry mainland UK coaches), on arrival in St Helier we will have a local meet and greet and join our transfer to the hotel. This evening, we will enjoy a carvery dinner at the hotel.
Tuesday - Thursday
Enjoy leisure time in the resort with the following excursion:
Full day 'Round the Island Tour' by local coach.
N.B Jesey has a convenient 'Hop On Hop Off' bus system and that can be used for independent travel around the island to visit attractions such as Durrell Wildlife Park or the fascinating Jersey War Tunnels (local charges apply, these are NOT included in the cost of your holiday).
Friday
Check out of our hotel following breakfast to bid farewell to our hosts on Jersey, join the transfer to St Helier to join our return DFDS Ferry back to the UK mainland. Once in the UK re-join your Ava Travel coach to take us to our overnight hotel, the Queens Hotel in Bournemouth where we will enjoy a 3-course dinner.
N.B You may prefer to take an overnight bag with essentials and medication for your overnight stay.
Saturday
Check out of our overnight hotel following breakfast for the return journey home with a suitable lunch stop en-route.
