Itinerary:
Monday
Depart Leyland at 09.30hrs for our journey to Llandudno with a lunch stop in historic Chester en-route allowing time to explore and obtain lunch. Re-join the coach at 14.30hrs to continue our journey to the hotel where you'll receive a warm welcome while your case is taken to your room.
Tuesday
following breakfast join the coach for a scenic journey through Snowdonia National Park with stops in Betws-y-Coed, and Llanberis along the way, with time to explore and obtain lunch before heading to the banks of the magnificent Menai Strait, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty to visit Anglesey Sea Salt Company. We've included a unique guided tour to enhance our visit that shows salt's place in our history, culture and food, discover what makes Halen Mon the world's finest seasoning.
Wednesday
Day of leisure in our beautiful host town Llandudno.
Thursday
Today's excursion takes us on a morning visit to Bodnant Gardens, one of Wales's finest showcasing remarkable plant collections from all over the world, grand ponds and impressive terraces followed by an afternoon visit to Conwy, part of one of Wales's UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the town is surrounded by stunning scenery, boasting an ancient castle and the smallest house in Britain.
Bodnant Gardens Accessibility Note: There are many steps within the garden, which are all avoidable. Please ask at visitor reception for an access map.
Friday
Check out of our hotel following breakfast for our journey home with a lunch stop in Llangollen en-route. Renowned for the surrounding hills and the River Dee, Llangollen has something for every visitor with an astonishing range of cafés, bars, restaurants, and a wealth of independent shops to browse and interesting places to visit. Take time to explore and obtain lunch before re-joining the coach at 14.30hrs to continue our journey home.
