New Year In Scarborough

Itinerary:

Wednesday
Depart Leyland at 09.30hrs for our journey to Scarborough with a lunch stop en-route at The Mill Shopping Outlet and Garden Centre in Batley. Depart The Mill at 13.00hrs to continue to the hotel. Arrive to a warm Yorkshire welcome with tea/coffee while your case is taken to your room. Tonight, we have a 3-course meal followed by in-house entertainment.

Thursday (New Years Eve)
Today we enjoy a day of leisure in Scarborough with time to relax and enjoy the hotel. Perhaps wrap up warm and enjoy a walk into the town centre or along one of the beautiful coastal paths. Dress up and put on your dancing shoes, tonight we enjoy a wonderful Gala dinner with live entertainment, music and dancing with a glass of fizz to welcome in the New Year.

Friday (New Years Day)
This morning following a leisurely start join the coach at 10.00hrs as we head along the coast to Whitby, perhaps walk up to the Abbey or take a stroll around the harbour, or pop in to a local hostelry for a New Years drink, not everywhere in Whitby will be open so eating in pubs and restaurants could be in high demand, we suggest if there is somewhere in particular you'd like to eat check their opening hours beforehand and book a table if you can. If you're wanting to visit a certain shop, again check they are open to avoid disappointment. Re-join the coach at 14.00hrs to return to the hotel with time to relax and perhaps use the leisure facilities before our evening meal followed by in-house entertainment.

Saturday
Check out of our hotel following a leisurely breakfast, before heading home with have a lunch stop in Harrogate. The elegant Victorian spa town offering wonderful shopping opportunities and exquisite cafes galore. Depart Harrogate at 14.00hrs to continue our journey home.
