Depart Leyland at 09.00hrs for our journey north to Scotland with a suitable lunch stop en-route. Arrive at the Westerwood Hotel, part of the prestigious QHotels collection to a warm Scottish welcome while your case is taken to your room.
Monday to Wednesday
Full day to explore Edinburgh, Scotland's capital city, perhaps visit the Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Palace or one of the city's many world-class attractions, wander the Old Town, shop on Princes Street or find somewhere delicious for lunch, today the choice is yours.
Morning visit to the Riverside Museum in Glasgow followed by free time to discover the city and obtain lunch. Perhaps visit the Botanic Gardens, if culture's your thing pay a visit to Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum. As Glasgow is a UNESCO City of Music there are always opportunities to enjoy live music or sit and relax at a pavement café, whatever you do vibrant Glasgow won't disappoint.
Excursion to Rosslyn Chapel with a photo opportunity at the Kelpies in Helix Park en-route. Return to the hotel mid-afternoon with time to relax and enjoy the hotels facilities.
