Depart Leyland at 09.30hrs for our journey to Slaley Hall with a lunch stop in Bishop Auckland en-route.
Tuesday - Thursday
Free day at Slaley Hall to relax and enjoy the facilities with the following excursions:
Today's excursion spends the day in the historic city of Durham with a wonderful backdrop of the magnificent cathedral and castle. Returning to the hotel mid-afternoon for time at leisure.
Today's excursion takes us on a morning visit to Corbridge the picturesque village with a Roman heritage set within scenic surroundings in the afternoon visit our host town, the charming town of Hexham, rich in history and scenic beauty and gateway to Hadrian's Wall, allowing time to explore and obtain lunch before returning to the hotel mid-afternoon for time at leisure.
Friday
Check out of our hotel following breakfast with a visit to Mainsgill Farm Shop and a lunch stop in Kirkby Stephen en-route before continuing our journey home.
