Enjoy varied scenery of red cliffs and rocks, secluded wooded hills and the magnificent bay of Babbacombe with beautiful beaches, coastal path walks, great attractions, and local seafood. If you can pull yourselves away from this beautiful resort, join us on our excursions to the nearby cosmopolitan resort Torquay and along the coast to Sidmouth, the hidden gem of the Jurassic Coast. Travel inland through beautiful mid Devon scenery to the town of Tiverton, if you love local history Tiverton is brimming with heritage waiting to be discovered. Sit back, relax and enjoy a leisurely journey on a brightly painted barge drawn by a magnificent heavy horse through beautiful Mid-Devon scenery.

Itinerary:
Monday
Depart Leyland at 08.00hrs for our journey south to the English Riviera and our hotel in Babbacombe with a suitable lunch stop en-route
Tuesday-Thursday
Free day in Babbacombe with the following excursions:
Full day - Following breakfast we travel the short distance into Torquay where we will spend the morning at leisure allowing time for lunch, in the afternoon journey along the coast to Sidmouth.
Full day - Morning visit to Tiverton allowing time for lunch in the afternoon we take a leisurely journey on the beautiful Grand Western Canal in a brightly coloured barge pulled by a magnificent heavy horse.
Friday
Check out of our hotel following breakfast for our return journey home with a suitable lunch stop en-route.
