Itinerary
Monday
Depart Leyland at 08:00am for our journey to Eastbourne with a suitable lunch stop en-route
Tuesday
Today's excursion takes us to Beachy Head with a stop to take in the dramatic views (please note that the Beachy Head Visitor Centre is now closed due to government cutbacks) before travelling through the South Downs to visit historic Lewes, a great place to stop with many independent, antique and quirky shops to discover, visit one of its historic pubs, if you're lucky you may even catch sight of Harvey's Dray horses on their Tuesday delivery of the beer, with time for lunch, in the afternoon head back to the hotel with a stop in Alfriston, one of England's most beautiful villages, with St Andrew's Church the 'Cathedral of the South Downs' at its focal point.

Thursday
Today's excursion takes us along the coast to enjoy a day exploring the vibrant city of Brighton, wander Regency squares and crescents leading to iconic architectural landmarks including the Royal Pavilion and famous piers. Brighton is a shoppers and foodie paradise, visit The Lanes for a wonderful shopping experience, discover a labyrinth of twittens and catcreeps offering a wonderful eclectic mix of shops
