Itinerary
Sunday
Depart Leyland at 08.00hrs for our journey to Aberdeen with a suitable lunch stop en-route. Arrive at the hotel and relax before dinner, perhaps take a walk to get your first glimpse of the Tall Ships.
Monday/Tuesday
Free time in Aberdeen at the Tall Ships event, if you're an early riser wander out to see them in the early morning before the crowds arrive. View the ships as they're docked in the Port of Aberdeen, walking distance from the hotel. The city has a long and dramatic relationship with the sea from the earliest days of trading, fishing and ship building to offshore energy. More than 60 ships are expected to begin arriving on Saturday for this wonderful 4-day event, these magnificent vessels are expected to attract hundreds of thousands of spectators to the city for the festival atmosphere, activities, and events.

Check out of our hotel following breakfast as we commence our journey south and home with a suitable lunch stop en-route.
