Join us for a visit to Macclesfield's famous Treacle Market, with over 150 wonderful stalls of exceptional food and drink, unique crafts and vintage finds in Macclesfiled's cobbled Marketplace and the streets around. Enjoy a day at one of the largest artisan markets in the whole of the North of England as it celebrates its 15th year. Listen to live music and sample tasty streetfood on the cobbles where centuries ago an accident occured where a horse drawn wagon overturned spilling its cargo of treacle over the cobbles, you'll find vendors selling tracle toffee and treacle pudding to honour the legacy.
