Excursions take us on a journey along the coast to the charming, quintessentially British seaside town of Southwold located on the wonderful Suffolk Heritage Coast and into the Norfolk Broads with a stop at its capital Wroxham before taking a Mississippi paddle boat cruise on the iconic Southern Comfort. Includes a visit to historic Norwich.

Itinerary:
Monday
Depart Leyland at 08.00hrs for our journey to Warner Corton Coastal Village in East Anglia with a suitable lunch stop en-route.
Tuesday - Thursday
Morning of leisure at the resort, join the coach at 12.00noon. Today our journey takes us to Norwich, England's first UNESCO City of Literature, perhaps take a riverside stroll and make a pitstop in a riverside inn. The Cathedral of St. John the Baptist is impressive and well worth a visit, you could grab a light lunch here too. Wander one of the country's largest outdoor markets on Gentleman's Walk, with almost 200 stalls there's bound to be something to take your fancy. Return to the resort late afternoon.
Morning visit to Southwold with time to explore and obtain lunch, perhaps visit Southwold Pier, a thriving tourist attraction, home to an arcade of weird and wonderful automata designed by Tim Hunkin, there are an array of tempting places to eat and drink too from a traditional fisherman's inn on the harbour with views over the waterfront to mouthwatering fish and chip shops who cook the traditional way with beef dripping. Perhaps wander the thriving High Street lined with independent shops down to take in the views on the beautiful seafront. Re-join the coach at 13.30hrs, return to Corton with time to relax and enjoy the activities and leisure facilities.
Morning scenic drive into the Norfolk Broads with a stop in Wroxham the capital of the Broads, continue our journey to Horning where we board the Mississippi paddle boat, Southern Comfort for a circular cruise of the Broads.
Friday
Check out of the resort following breakfast for the return journey home with a suitable lunch stop en-route.
