There will be plenty of time to relax and enjoy the resort, if you can tear yourself away, we have added some wonderful excursions for a change of scene. Journey along the coast to the charming, quintessentially British Suffolk seaside town of Southwold located on the wonderful Suffolk Heritage Coast, discover Tim Hunkins eccentric inventions alongside two penny pushers, shops and eateries on the pretty pier, take a stroll along the sandy beach or beach hut lined promenade. Take a trip back in time at East Anglia Transport Museum where you can not only view but ride on vintage vehicles from the earlier part of the 20th Century. Wander and take in the beauty at Somerleyton Hall Gardens, considered one of the finest gardens in East Anglia since the 17th century. Don’t miss out on this coastal break away, book early to avoid disappointment.

Itinerary
Monday
Depart Leyland at 0800hrs for our journey to Warner Corton in East Anglia with a suitable lunch stop en-route.
Tuesday - Thursday
Leisure time at the resort with the following excursions:
Morning visit to Southwold with time to explore and obtain lunch, depart at 13.00hrs to spend the afternoon at the East Anglia Transport Museum, follow the journey of mechanical transport over the best part of a century, ride heritage trams, bus and light railway, with a great cafe and bookshop on site too.
Morning free in the resort, afternoon visit to Lowestoft with time to explore and obtain lunch
Morning visit to Somerleyton Hall Gardens, returning to Warner Corton at 13.30hrs to enjoy an afternoon in the resort.
Friday
Check out of the resort following breakfast for the return journey home with a suitable lunch stop en-route.

Stay in quaint chalets of clapboard design and pastel-coloured interiors (please note our advertised prices are for standard chalet accommodation, please enquire if you wish to upgrade or require a sea view, these chalets will carry a supplement). Included are a range warner daily activities and a nightly entertainments programme. Please note some activities do carry a charge, e.g. beauty, spa treatments and cocktail making classes – please check in resort as they are not included in the cost of your holiday. If you’re staying at the resort over the lunch period, why not visit the Coffee Nest for a delicious choice of scrumptious treats and exceptional coffee at reasonable prices (cost of lunch or anything purchased from the Coffee Nest is not included in the cost of your holiday). |
