The Isle of Wight is an island gem with resorts that have been holiday destinations since Victorian times and Spring is a wonderful time to visit. Famous for its mild climate, coastal scenery, beaches, beautiful landscapes and pretty villages, the island has a lot to offer as you will see on our excursions. During our stay visit Osborne House, once the family home of Queen Victoria, and Quarr Abbey the monastic home to a small group of Benedictine Monks, situated in 200 beautiful, tranquil acres, don’t forget to pay a visit to the resident pigs and popular tea shop.

Itinerary:
Monday:
Depart Leyland at 07.00hrs to commence our journey to the Isle of Wight, board the ferry to Yarmouth Isle of Wight, from there it's a short journey to Norton Grange journey includes a suitable lunch stop en-route.
Tuesday- Thursday
Tour of the island with stops at Alum Bay, The Needles, the picturesque village of Godshill, Shanklin and Ryde before returning to Norton Grange, enjoy stops along the way for photo opportunities and a suitable lunch stop en-route.
Following breakfast, we head to East Cowes to visit Osborne House, once family home of Queen Victoria, followed by a visit to Cowes, home of the biggest sailing regatta in the world, stroll through the vibrant town, sit at a pavement café to enjoy the views of the Solent, or hit the shops, the choice is yours.
Morning visit to Quarr Abbey and the capital Newport, allowing time for lunch, re-join the coach at 14.00hrs for our return to Norton Grange and an afternoon at leisure.
Friday:
Check out of Norton Grange following breakfast for our return ferry crossing from the island and our return journey home with a suitable lunch stop en-route.
