Important Note: due to the size of Heythrop Park guests can expect to walk up to 10 minutes each way from their bedroom to restaurants and entertainments venues. In addition, the Wellness and Spa facilities including the swimming pool are a further 10 minutes’ walk. The hotel is fully accessible with ramps and stairs to all areas. Lift access between floor levels is available throughout the hotel however please note due to the nature of the building lifts are limited. Where possible our guests will be allocated rooms in the South Wing Home to the largest number of bedrooms. Both show venues, bars and the Travelling Duke Pub & Kitchen are also located within The South Wing. Lift access is available in this wing and serves all floors. If you have specifically requested a room in the Manor House, please note there is no lift access. For guests with specific accessibility requirements please request with the Ava Travel team on booking, special requirements will not be guaranteed unless this has been requested by the Ava Travel team with the Warner Coach Admin team first.
Itinerary
Monday
Depart Leyland at 09.30hrs for our journey to Heythrop Park with a lunch stop in Lichfield Staffordshire en-route.
Tuesday
Day of leisure at Heythrop Park to relax and enjoy the wonderful facilities and activities.
Wednesday
Following breakfast take a scenic drive of the Cotswolds via Chipping Norton, Broadway and Moreton in Marsh with stops in Chipping Campden and Stow-on-the-Wold
Thursday
Morning at leisure at Heythrop Park, join the coach at 12.00noon for a visit to historic Cirencester
Friday
Check out of our hotel following breakfast for the return journey home with a lunch stop in Stratford-Upon-Avon en-route, perhaps finish your Christmas shopping for that special gift, re-join the coach at 14.00hrs to continue our journey home.

Guest bedrooms in the South Wing are elegant, comfortable rooms decorated in fresh colours inspired by Adelaide, the countess who introduces Mediterranean elegance in the early 1700’s, most of our rooms will be allocated here unless you specifically request elsewhere. |
