Itinerary
Monday
Depart Leyland at 09.30am for our journey to the Oxford Belfry in Thame with a suitable lunch stop en-route. Arrive to a warm welcome with tea/coffee while your luggage is taken care of. Why not relax and take a dip in the pool before joining us for dinner.
Tuesday (Christmas Eve)
Following breakfast today's excursion takes us on a scenic journey of the Cotswold's with short stops in Chipping Norton and Burford and a lunch stop in Cirencester allowing time to explore and have lunch. Arrive back at the hotel mid- afternoon, with time to relax and enjoy the leisure facilities, tea/coffee and mince pies will be served this afternoon in the hotel. This evening we enjoy a 3-course dinner. For those wishing to attend midnight mass details of nearby church services will be available from reception, there will be tea/coffee and mince pies waiting for you on your return.
Wednesday (Christmas Day)
Merry Christmas to all our Avatravellers! Enjoy a day of leisure today with a leisurely breakfast, this afternoon enjoys a welcome glass of fizz followed by a traditional plated Christmas Day Lunch with tea/coffee and Christmas cake served during the King's speech. This evening's meal, if you have room, is a relaxed affair offering casual grazing boards.
Thursday (Boxing Day)
After a leisurely breakfast join the coach for a visit to the historic university city of Oxford allowing time to explore and have lunch. Return to the hotel mid- afternoon to relax and make use of the hotel's leisure facilities, tea/coffee and mince pies will be served at the hotel this afternoon, this evening join us for a 3-course dinner.
Friday
Check out of our hotel following breakfast for the return journey home with a suitable lunch stop en-route.
