Itinerary
Sunday
Depart Leyland at 09.00hrs for our journey to the Oxford Belfry Hotel, with visit to the National Memorial Arboretum en-route allowing time for lunch.
Monday - Wednesday
Long half day excursion - Travel to nearby Oxford to spend a free day in the City of Dreaming Spires, return to the hotel mid-afternoon allowing you time to relax and perhaps use the hotels leisure facilities before our evening meal.
Full day excursion - Today we head to the edge of the Cotswolds to visit Blenheim Palace and Gardens with a visit to the picturesque, historic town of Woodstock before heading back to the hotel.
Full day excursion - Today we head to Buckinghamshire to visit Bletchley Park, the home of the Codebreakers with a wonderful, guided tour, on the return to the hotel visit the historic town of Thame, nestled at the foot of the Chiltern Hills.
Thursday
Check out of our hotel following breakfast for the return journey home with a visit to Stratford Upon Avon, home of the Bard en-route, allowing time for lunch.
