Explore Kastle De Haar, the largest castle in the Netherlands, complete with moat, drawbridge, and ramparts. Explore the historic town of Delft, famous the world over for its Delft Blue Pottery, wander picturesque, historic streets crisscrossed with canals. Step into a world of windmills and historic buildings to encounter artisans as you freely wander a unique neighborhood on a visit to Zaanse Schans. Itinerary
Sunday
Depart Leyland at 14:00pm for our journey to Hull where we will board our overnight ferry to take us on a mini cruise to Rotterdam, once onboard disembark the coach (we suggest taking an overnight bag so that your main case can be left on the coach, make sure you pack essentials, medication, valuables etc in your overnight bag as access to the coach once onboard will be prohibited). We will have dinner on the ferry, enjoy the onboard entertainment before retiring to your cabin for the night.
Monday
Following breakfast on-board the ferry, re-join the coach to disembark in Rotterdam before heading to the hotel we visit the charming town of Delft, traditionally Dutch in appearance and renowned throughout the world for its relationship with Johannes Vermeer, Delft Blue pottery, and the royal family, wander along canals, with churches, mansions, and courtyards to explore. Enjoy this wonderful town of museums, markets, and many pubs. Allowing time to discover hidden gems and to find something wonderful to eat for lunch. Perhaps sit at a pavement cafe taking in the magnificent sights and watch the world go by. Continue our journey to Utrecht, arrive at our lovely 4-star hotel, home for the next 4-nights, receive a warm welcome with time to unpack and freshen up before our evening meal.

Free time to explore Utrecht with the following excursions:
Sit back, relax and enjoy a 1hr Canal Journey in Utrecht, view historic Utrecht at its best from the water, see the old wharf cellars, bridges and beautiful statues as you sail on a journey through the centuries.
Say Cheese! following breakfast todays excursion takes us on a scenic journey to the picturesque town of Woerden the historic capital of the Green Heart of the Netherlands, a fortified city with a Roman history, discover museums, windmills, mills and cheese shops as you explore. Continue our cheese journey to Gouda to explore the beautiful historic city, visit the central square with iconic town hall and marvel at the beautiful stained-glass of Sint-Jans Church, visit cheese shops or watch the world go by from a pavement café. Includes a visit to the Gouda Cheese Experience, take a unique and interactive journey as you uncover the story behind the cheese.
Visit Kastle De Haar, the largest and most luxurious castle in the Netherlands, encased within its castle walls uncover a story of rich history and hidden secrets, discover the flamboyant life of the Van Zuylen family in the 20th century.
Friday
Check out of our hotel following a breakfast today before heading home we visit Zaanse-Schans, a beautiful and unique area full of windmills, handicraft shops and museums. Perhaps visit the warehouse where traditional clogs are made, be drawn in by the wonderful aroma of freshly baked cookies as you approach the bakery museum, don't miss out on the cheese factory, pewter foundry and of course the magnificent windmills. Continue our journey to Rotterdam to check in at the port, once onboard the ferry (don't forget your overnight bag) enjoy an evening meal and onboard entertainment before retiring to our cabins.
Saturday
Following breakfast onboard the ferry re-join the coach as we disembark in Hull to continue our journey home.
