Spend free time in the colourful seaside towns of Torquay and Lyme Regis. Take a scenic drive through Dartmoor National Park with a stop in the vibrant World Heritage town of Tavistock. Itinerary
Monday
Depart Leyland at 08.00hrs for our journey south to Devon and our hotel in Paignton with a suitable lunch stop en-route.
Tuesday - Friday
Full day - Morning visit to Forde Abbey with guided tour of the house followed by a trip to the coast in the afternoon and a stop in Lyme Regis in Dorset
Full Day - This morning our excursion takes us to Tavistock with free time to explore and have lunch before re-joining the coach for an afternoon visit to Buckland Abbey and Gardens with guided tour of the Abbey, returning to the hotel through the scenic Dartmoor National Park.
Full day at leisure in Paignton
Full day - Morning visit to Bygones, see, smell, and hear 100 years of history in this unique attraction, followed by free time in Torquay.
Saturday
Check out of our hotel following breakfast for our journey home with a suitable lunch stop en-route.
