This tour takes us on four cruises that will allow you to enjoy stunning scenery and the beauty of nature, showing you the very best of the magnificent River Thames along the way. Our journey starts in Oxford with Salters Steamers, as we cruise the Oxford Regatta route to Iffley Locks. Head to Berkshire to take a cruise of the quieter tranquil Thames waters around Reading through the stunning scenery of Wind in The Willows Country. Join us as we head into London to board the Westminster Passenger Service from Kew, travel to Westminster Pier, sailing through the City of Westminster and various London boroughs including Chelsea, Wandsworth and Putney with views of magnificent buildings along the way. Spot iconic landmarks of the capital such as the London Eye, Tower of London, The Shard plus many more on a Thames cruise from Westminster to picturesque Greenwich. See a different perspective of London and the stunning scenery along the River Thames on this wonderful Thames Tales tour.

Itinerary
Friday
Depart Leyland at 08.00hrs for our journey to our first hotel in Reading, Berkshire, en-route we make a stop in Oxford for a little free time and to take a cruise with Salters Steamers through some of the most beautiful scenery in the country. Continue our journey to check in at the Holiday Inn, Reading South, our home for the next two nights.
Saturday
Today we take a Thames River Cruise, the 90 min cruise takes us through Wind in The Willows country, meander through twist and turns on this part of the Thames that is tranquil with stunning scenery followed by some free time in Reading.
Sunday
Following breakfast check out of our hotel and head into London to board the Westminster Passenger Service from Kew to Westminster Pier next to the Houses of Parliament and a short walking distance to major tourist attractions such as Westminster Abbey, the London Eye, London Dungeon and London Aquarium to name but a few, enjoy free time to explore before re-joining the coach to head to our overnight hotel, The Hilton, Canary Wharf. As our board basis here is bed and breakfast once you have checked in the rest of the evening is yours at leisure, the hotel is just a 5 mins walk from Canary Wharf Underground, the capital awaits.
Monday
Following breakfast we check out of our overnight hotel and head to Westminster where we will board a River Thames sightseeing cruise to Greenwich, quaint streets, attractive parkland and stunning palatial grounds await you in this pretty, relaxed part of London. Enjoy free time to explore, allowing time for lunch before we re-join the coach for our journey home.
