Visit the picturesque market town of Hexham offering a wealth of historic and cultural attractions including Hexham Abbey and Hexham Old Gaol, stroll cobbled streets surrounded by stunning architecture, uncover stories of Vikings and Border Reivers. Sunday - Depart Leyland at 10.00am for our journey to Alnwick with a suitable lunch stop en-route
Monday-Wednesday
Free time in Alnwick with the following excursions:
Visit to Alnwick Gardens
Half day visit to Hexham
Full day visit to Holy Island and Bamburgh Castle.
Thursday
Check out of our hotel following breakfast for the return journey home with a suitable lunch stop en-route.
