Itinerary
Monday
Depart Leyland at 09.30hrs for our journey to Malvern with a lunch stop at the National Memorial Arboretum en-route.
Tuesday
Today's excursion takes us into the delightful Cotswolds with a stop in the beautiful 'Jewel of the Cotswold's' Broadway its High Street lined with picturesque honey coloured stone buildings, continue our Cotswold journey to Stow-on-the-Wold, the highest of the Cotswold towns, discover a large and impressive market square, cosy cafes and inns, enjoy time to explore and obtain lunch. In the afternoon re-join the coach as we visit the regency spa town of Cheltenham, admire its beautiful architecture and elegant town centre. Returning to the hotel late afternoon.
Wednesday
Today a guide joins us onboard the coach as we take a journey through Bromyard to Leominster for a short stop. Continue our scenic journey of Herefordshire's beautiful Black and White Villages Trail. Our route takes in delightful cottages, inns, shops in timber framed hamlets including Eardisland, Pembridge, Eardisley and Weobley until we arrive in Hereford in time to obtain lunch. Enjoy an afternoon free to explore, perhaps visit Hereford Cathedral home to the rare Mappa Mundi, an outstanding treasure of the Medieval world, returning to Malvern late afternoon.
Thursday
This morning is at leisure to enjoy the hotel and explore Malvern allowing time for lunch, join the coach at 13.30hrs as we head to visit the city of Worcester, enjoy time to explore, perhaps visit the imposing cathedral, return to the hotel late afternoon for our final night.
Friday
Check out of our hotel following breakfast for our return journey home with a lunch stop at RAF Cosford en-route.
