Itinerary
Monday
Depart Leyland at 10.00hrs for our journey to the 4-star Abbey Hotel in Malvern with a lunch stop in picturesque Droitwich Spa en-route, arrive at the hotel to a warm welcome with tea/coffee and biscuits while our bags are taken care of. In the evening will be a delicious, welcome 3-course dinner.
Tuesday (New Years Eve)
Following breakfast this morning's excursions enjoys a pleasant drive along the Malvern Hills to Hereford, with its magnificent cathedral. Take time to explore the city and its interesting ancient alleyways allowing time for lunch before head back to Malvern early afternoon. Take time to relax at the hotel, perhaps wrap up and enjoy a walk or explore Malvern before preparing for this evening's New Years Eve celebrations, enjoy a champagne reception with canapes, a five-course dinner and live musical entertainment, take to the dance floor to dance the night away into the small hours to see in 2025 with a bang.
Wednesday (New Year Day)
Today following a leisurely breakfast our excursion takes us on a gentle circular drive to take in Tewkesbury, Evesham and Pershore with short stops in each continuing our journey to Worcester, where we will make a stop with time to explore the wonderful cathedral city on the banks of the River Severn, allowing time for lunch in one of its cosy pubs or cafes, perhaps visit the shops and grab yourself a New Years bargain. Depart Worcester mid-afternoon to return to the hotel to relax before our evening meal
Thursday
Check out of our hotel following a leisurely breakfast for the return journey home with as suitable lunch stop en-route.
