Monday
Depart Leyland at 09.00hrs for our journey to Gloucester with a lunch stop in Cheltenham en-route.
Tuesday-Thursday
Leisure time at the hotel to have the opportunity to relax and use the leisure facilities with the following excursions:
Visit to Berkley Castle, the history inside its walls makes it one of the most remarkable buildings in Britain with a visit to Cotswold town of Tetbury located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty home of King Charles III and Camilla, Queen Consort, returning back to the hotel through the Cotswolds via Birdlip. N.B Anyone wishing to visit Highgrove independently (gardens only, house not open to the public) must take a form of photo ID, passport, driving licence or bus pass, this tour does not include admission to Highgrove.
Excursion to Painswick Rococo Gardens with a visit to Stroud, the town that Jasper Conran referred to as the 'Covent Garden of the Cotswold's.
Morning visit to Gloucester with time to explore and obtain lunch before returning to the hotel for free time. Perhaps visit the cathedral, museums or the historic docks area, just a 10 minutes' walk from the centre of the city.

Check out of our hotel following breakfast for the return journey home with a lunch stop at Trentham Shopping Outlet on the return (does not include admission to Trentham Gardens).
