Book NowJoin us as we head to London to spend free time exploring the capital and experiencing the highlight of the weekend the Mountbatten Festival of Music, featuring bands from His Majesty’s Royal Marines. This special evening displays the versatility of some of the finest military musicians as we are given the ‘West End’ treatment with wonderful lighting effects all in the magnificent surroundings of The Royal Albert Hall. The performance showcases musicianship and pageantry at its finest with a wide range of musical styles from the big screen, magnificent solo items, as well as traditional marches and overtures that have wowed audiences for years. Join us for this great mini tour, don’t miss out on a wonderful evening of pageantry and music from the King’s own Royal Marines. Book early to avoid disappointment.

Itinerary
Friday
Depart Leyland at 08:00am with a stop for lunch and time to explore Oxford en-route, continue to the hotel arriving with time to freshen up before our evening meal.
Saturday
Following a leisurely breakfast spend a couple of hours relaxing at the hotel, join the coach at 1pm for the journey into London allowing time to explore, shop, or have an early evening meal and drinks (we are only Bed and Breakfast at the hotel today) before re-joining the coach at approx. 18.00hrs to continue our journey through London, arrive at the Royal Albert Hall for the evening Mountbatten Festival of Music performance at 19.30hrs. Re-join the coach following the performance for our journey back to the hotel.
Sunday
Check out of our hotel following breakfast, head back into London for a stop at Covent Garden, allowing time for lunch before re-joining the coach at 2.30pm for our journey home.
